Top 65 teams (up to 195 contestants and up to 65 coaches from up to 65 Universities) from 5 other ICPC Asia Regionals in Nov-Dec 2024 (see below), inclusive of 2 invited teams from South Pacific Regionals have been invited for the 2025 ICPC Asia Pacific Championship as per ICPC Asia Pacific Championship (2024-25 cycle) selection rules.
Qualified teams have been promoted to the 2025 ICPC Asia Pacific Championship in the ICPC global system.
The coach of qualified teams have been contacted by the organiser to confirm the intention to participate and to follow up with the registration process.
This process is ongoing (from Mon, 23 Dec 2024) and to be completed by Fri, 17 Jan 2025.

Accepted teams need to pay a registration fee of 280 SGD per team.
Detailed instructions on how to pay (electronically) using SoCPay system have been emailed by Ms Irene Ong on Wed, 08 Jan 2025.
Most citizens of Asia Pacific countries do not need visa to enter Singapore except a few.
Any team coach with member(s) that need Singapore visa and/or formal invitation letter (for budget/official leave application) should contact the RCD as soon as possible.
Official invitation letters will be issued to teams who have formally accepted the invitation from Thu, 02 Jan 2025 onwards.
The winner will be crowned as the 2025 Asia Pacific Champion and recognized at the 2025 World Finals Opening Ceremony.
Top 4/next 4/next 8 teams (from distinct Universities) will receive Gold/Silver/Bronze medals and prizes from sponsors.
Top X (TBC, usually ≈[12..15]) teams in this championship will advance to the 2025 ICPC World Finals.
